Upgrade question

I just bought Studio HD Platinum 10 but really want to buy "Product Suite" to also get Sound Forge. I created a support ticket but no one has responded in 4 days. Anyone know how I could/should proceed?

Alternatively you could try calling customer service http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/support/contactus.asp and they would probably switch your license for the price difference.

FYI - contacted support via the site and they allowed me to upgrade for just the difference in cost.
