I must complain _ I do not know of ANY NLE company whose support is so difficult, no! impossible, to get in contact with and IT IS SALES support! Magix is the WORST by far,They are the bottom of the barrel, Their directions for support is an endless loop, I have signed in so many times I final gave up and will not do the upgrade.
I have Grass Valley Edius WG PRO, FCPX, Davinchi Resolve Studio x2, when these companies are closed for holidays the have better support than Magix/Vegas
I recommend Magix/Vegas put a (Warning Label) on clicking the Magix/Support button stating:
(Warning!!!!)
"Are you expecting to contact someone, It could be hazardous to your mental health to actually believe this is a possibility. Its a Fools Journey, do NOT CLICK support, IF YOU REALLY NEED Support, Only click Support if your wanting to Kill Time while your Vegas Project Renders, then you might find it entertaining."
Please do not complain about MY COMPLAINT I counted I have 38 Registered products in my Magix Service Center.
