When you install Screenblast, it installs into its own directory (unless you choose something else instead of the default it gives you). You don't need to uninstall VideoFactory first; it will still be on your computer and Screenblast does not install over it. Screenblast uses the same .vf project files VF does, so it should recognize your files.
