upgrade VF to XP

I have videofactory for 98SE, ME or 2000 and now have a new computer with XP. Is there an upgrade to XP without having to buy a new copy of VF? Thanks, I searched this site for a while and gave up.

I just upgraded from 98SE to XP Pro. All SonicFoundry software reinstalled from the same downloaded install files without a hitch. Actually everything installed fine with only one exception ... the PC-DVD player for my Creative Labs Dxr-3 MPEG decoder card won't run, even with the new XP driver. Other than that everything is running fine.

Thanks. Since it didn't say it was XP compatible, I guess I didn't think about just using the same files.
