Upgraded to V16 opening V11 file and starts to load then stops

Loading file stops at %6 and V16 stops responding and I have to use task manager to close V16. Any suggestions on how to load this v 11 hd platinum file?

Solved, 2 new tabs opened behind work space that I did not see, once these 2 tabs were clicked everything was ok.
