Upgrading to Windows 11 computer - Where did the

I am upgrading to a new Windows 11 computer. I have been using the Vegas Pro software for many years. I installed yesterday on the new computer, when I get ready to render the "Internet HD 1080P 29.97 fps (NVENC)" option that I have been using is not there. Is the new option better? Can I get the old option back? Any real difference between the quality of the output?

What GPU is installed? NVENC requires an NVIDIA.

If you have one check for a newer driver.

Make sure the project is progressive vs interlaced as well (see project properties).
