Uploading to YouTube not full screen?

Would anybody know why when I 'Make Movie' & upload to web the video size does not fill the You tube screen? I am building a Youtube channel of music from concerts we put on. I have successfully created a mixed DVD of the event and that plays fine on a widescreen TV. The project size reports 720 x 576x32 25,000i and it previews fine in Vegas. However when I upload it does not fill the Youtube preview window.
Here is an example... http:// www.youtube. com/watch?v=K1kLtXDEnx8 or search for 'DartingtonRockshop'
I'm not that well up on screen sizes etc. Any help would be much appreciated. UK so using PAL.

Thanks

Mike

Because YouTube has not yet offered your video in High Quality.
Be patient, you just uploaded it today!

If, after a few days, it does not show up full screen, High Quality, it means YouTube did not accept it as HQ, in which case you need to change something. YouTube is constantly tweaking their settings, so suggest you go with the most current advice from their How-To guides.

Use this way to export in CUSTOM mode:
http://eugenia.gnomefiles.org/2007/11/09/exporting-with-vegas-for-vimeo-hd/
but with the following two changes:
resolution 640x360
bitrate 1600 kbps
