Urgent Q reg. DVDA.

Hi

A have a question reg. a project I have to finish tomorrow.

I have a DVDA (ver. 4) project with f.ex. 4 menu items, A B C D. Each menu item represents an MPG-file and VAW file, all imported to my project. So far so good.
When I start the DVD the item A is high-lighted, as default, and this is ok. When I have watched item A it goes back to the menu, with item A high-lighted, which is ok too.

The problem is, if I navigate to item C and plays that one back, the DVD goes back to the menu with item A haighlighted again.

The problem is, if I have 10 or more menu items, it can be hard to remember, where you were, it is easier just to move one right f.ex.

So the question is, is it possible to make the DVD 'stay' on the just watched item when returning to the menu?

Thanks in advance.

/Ulf

Since which button is highlighted is a product of the menu page's properties rather than the last video played, I know of no way to program this in.

However, you could, I guess, create a number of virtually identical menu pages, with a different button highlighted on each. This way the viewer will think he's coming back to the same menu -- except that a different video button is highlighted by default.

You can do this by editing the end action of each clip. Choose the menu to link to and the destination button. You could choose the clip just played or, perhaps more conveniently, the one to play next.

I do this as a matter of routine.
