use CCE Mpeg codec in Vegas?

Hi everybody,
I've got a short one, by default Vegas uses MainConcept MPEG-2 plug-in for rendering to MPEG, if I have CCE codec installed, how can I make Vegas use it instead of MainConcept one, I know it can be used in Adobe Premiere for sure.

You have at least two options:

1) Do a full render to DV-AVI and then import that file into CCE
2) Frameserver from Vegas to CCE

Sorry for dumb question, but what is "Frameserver from Vegas to CCE ".

Go to www.debugmode.com and download the frameserver software. Then you render to the frameserver which creates a "dummy" file you can open in CCE. Full instructions are on the debugmode website.
