Used Clips in Media Bin

When I start a project I load my clips into the media bin, which I typically set to show thumbnails. Is there any way for me to have Vegas indicate which of those clips have been already used in the timeline? In Premier, the used clips had a star by the thumbnail, allowing me to efficiently maneuver through the bins. I tried the list view in the Media Bins and didn't see any setting to indicate those clips which have been used in the timeline. Is there a way to do this?

If you look at the details view, there is a count indicating the number of uses. Any with a count of zero would be unused.

You can also use Neon to put all unused media on a new track. Then you can quickly see the unused items.

Thanks.

I had always made several bins in Premier: unused clips, used clips, audio, and graphics. I would dump all my original clips into the unused bin. Once I had used each clip in the timeline I would drag the clip's thumbnail into the used bin. This helped in keeping things orderly.

Is this a reasonable way to organize bins in Vegas? I never used Neon but I'd welcome suggestions on how people organize their bins for maximum ease and efficiency.
