Using Prodad (Heroglyph) plugin

Can some please explain how you change the background when you use prodad plugin titling software. I have created an animation which some photos moving across the screen. But the background in in back color Means it is not transparent to the editing software timeline. How do I fix this. Thanks

Are you using as a stand alone or as the plugin? You should see transparent background if you've got 32bit selected

Thanks. It works. I have accidently selected the wrong property for the video clip.
