Using Scripts, Help!!!!

I hear on this forum the use of scripts making it easier to do certain tasks in Vegas 4. How do you use the scripts that are downloaded from sundance and so on.

What I mean how would I use them in my project? How do I insert them or what is the procedure? Help!!!!! Thanks in Advance.

Put them in the

c:\program files\sony\vegas 5.0\script menu

folder. When you next use Vegas, you can run any script in this folder by clicking on Tools -> Scripting.

Nope. You can put the Scripts folder anywhere on you r hard drie that you want. All you have to do is point to it's location the first time you run one. Tools > Scripting > Run Script.

Secondly, upgrade to Vegas 4.0e ASAP. It's a free upgrade with several bug fixes.
