using video factory files

I would like to convert to vegas video. Can I use my video factory clips and files in vegas video?
How about rendered and pre-rendered files.

If you need to upgrade, go to BestBuy. They sell VV for anywhere from $129 to $199 depending upon the week! Much cheaper than Sonic Foundry's web store.
