Hey all,
Just wanted to let you all know that most of the VAST presentation locations are put in place, most of them are near the major airports in the cities we're visiting, at Marriott Courtyards. Each registrant will recieve:

Contour Shuttle Pro
600.00 in Sonic Foundry Software
Digital Media Training Book
Full day of training in Vegas Video, ACID 4.0, SoundForge, with special emphasis on Vegas Video and it's capabilities.

Plus, we'll be having drawings in every city for products from Artbeats, ADS Technologies, and Midiman/MAudio. The presentations will all be in 5.1 surround sound, courtesy of M-Audio. Also a disc of training veg files and articles will be there for you all. Hope to see you out there!

I did not see a Houston Texax stop. Any chance of it coming here? I hope so.

Dallas...perhaps. Houston, not enough interest there, I don't think. Come up with 7 of your Vegas/ACID/Sound Forge user buddies, we'll be there. It takes at least 8 people to break the costs of the tour even in each city.

I hope you get enough interest to get this show into the Pacific NW (Seattle or Portland). I would love to attend.

I need 8 people in Houston for you to put on a show? You mean there are less than 8 copies of VV3 in Houston? Grin....I jest, but really, how do you go about checking the user base that is interested in these shows so you know where to go and do them? I am not up on the user base here locally. HOWEVER, I might ask my local Houston Professional Video Association members and see if there is interest. Thanks

Typically, what do you expect the turnout to be like? what kind of participant to instructor ratio do you shoot for?

I am trying to get enough people together for a Seattle V.A.S.T. tour ( we need a Total of 8) Send me an e-mail at solution@bentonrea.com with contact info and let others you know that would be interested do the same. Once I get your info that will make a total of 3 so far.

Thanks,
David Wendt
