V12 won't open after V13 update

I have been using Vegas10, 11, 12 and 13 for the past few years with no problems. When updating version 453 of V13, I noticed the New Blue Essentials 6 (which I already had) and download that too, thinking it was also an update which I reinstalled. V13 still works but V12 will not open now. Uninstalled Essentials 6, Uninstalled and reinstalled V12 but still no luck. Tried to go back with system restore but that comes back saying unsuccessful. After VP12 has stopped working at the creating video plug-in factory, I get this in the close the program window, view problem details.....

If anyone knows what that means or have any suggestions, I'd be mighty grateful. I tried the Shift/Control startup reset but same fault Module. Seems this happened before with some wrong mix of NewBlue which I have including Pro Titler1, 2, and 3. Thanks in advance for any ideas anyone may have for me to try.
