V13 cannot see 4K clips from Panasonic FZ2500?

A friend lent me is FZ2500 to try out and I can import the hd clips but V13 cannot recognize the 4k clips. I can play them in VLC media player. Below are the specs from MediaInfo. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Do you have the latest Build of VPro 13 installed.
With such a kind of file my VPro13 build 545 has no trouble at all, also without making a proxyfile. See here and look also at the MediaInfo of my used file

You could post a small file such as that on a cloud share and give us the link. I have Vegas Pro 13 on multiple machines.

I didn't realize there was another build after what I had 453. I just updated to 545 and it still cannot read it.

I am able to open the file on three different machines running Vegas Pro 13-453.

It's decoded by compoundplug.dll. No Quicktime required though it's in a MOV wrapper.

I just downgraded the Nvidia driver to see if that was the issue and it now works. Thanks for the help.

Your file is opening and playing fine with the latest Nvidia driver installed (416.34) on VPro 10,12 and 13

Thanks j-v, I'll try that driver. I downgraded to 344.65
