V14 vs V15 RAM usage

I have a very simple under 2 minute 4K project. I just have the video clips on the timeline. In V14, RAM usage is 3.6GB. I take the same exact project into V15Suite and it uses 8.4GB of RAM.

Is there something I am missing in freeing up almost 5GB of system RAM usage? I have "only" 16GB of RAM and am really thinking about going back to V14...
