I notice that just below the preview screen in V4, there's Project/Frame/Preview/Display informations and that "Preview: 360x240x32; 29,97p" is constantly and randomly flashing. Sometimes, for example if I open Internet Explorer, it will be the "Display: ...etc..." that will then start to flash the same way.
