OK, I am beginning to panic. My serial number won't fit and I keep getting an "invalid serial" message. Before anyone asks, I do have a legally purchased copy
If you are upgrading to Vegas+DVDA you will need to use the DVDA serial number, this will have been on the original email you received when you ordered V4
Vegas+DVD requires the serial number on the DVD Architect Manual. The upgrade for standalone Vegas, uses the serial number from the Vegas manual. Depends on which upgrade you are wanting.
Stupid question here, what if any difference between buying the thing in the box and downloading it? Seem to recall V4 all you got was a box with a CD and a rather scimpy manual, the full manual you still had to print out. If that's still the case I guess the best deal is to download it.
Anyone know if local distributors have boxed copies already?
Given the possible attractiveness of downloading it I have to wonder why anyway would make the effort to distribute the thing. The local guys are a mighty decent bunch who do a lot of work promoting Vegas but....
