V5 not taking avi files created by flash

Hello,
got this problem, created and animation with flash... then exported as avi. I can see it in windows media, premiere, etc... but in vegas 5 it doesn't play... just shows the first frame but no motion at all...
Any ideas? what am I doing wrong? what setting are required when exporting from Flash MX to avi?

it is the header info .. run it through virtualdub in stream mode (will not recompress) and it will be fixed ..
