V6 2nd monitor questions

I know windows will automatically allow you to extend the desktop onto at least 8 monitors, maybe more. I use three currently.

1. Will Vegas 6 allow the preview window to be routed to monitor # 3 or #4? I would guess yes but I'd like to know for sure.

2. When routing the preview window to another monitor, does it run any faster or use any less CPU resource as opposed to routing out through firewire to an external converter as is usually done?

1. Yes. This is actually one of the new features of Vegas 6.0.

2. Don't know but my guess is that it wouldn't have to render anything as DV so it should be a little more responsive. Just remember that if the final output is on a TV then you need to preview it out to a TV at some point to see what it' might look like.
