V7 first listing under Pro Video in BH email

Just got the BH email promotion thing this month and vegas 7 was the first thing listed under the "New This Month Pro Video" section. Just thought it was cool to see it somewhere getting a little spotlight action.

I wonder if this push has something to do with the advancements put in place with this latest version release. A lot of time saving enhancements and XDCAMHD etc...

I suspect you'll see a significantly stronger marketing push in the higher ends of the field starting with 7. XDCAM is the key to getting in there, as V7 is the only app that fully supports it all at this point.
I know some folks wish it wasn't there, but the truth is, getting higher acceptance turns into a roll downhill, which means more people will be exposed to it.
Very exciting to see the CineAlta line now in B&H, and Vegas right there in the mix.

Is there information somewhere as to how it happens when we hook the XDCam to Vegas to capture; I mean screenshots, how to's, etc ? Is it a lot different than hooking a PD150 or almost the same, GUI and management speaking?
