V8 Pro Titler is Great! Share your tips/findings!

Having just spent a bit of time with the new titler, I really like it a *lot*.

For example, having a "fly in" preset, and being able to finally view fonts by scrolling through installed font list, and gradients and all the other features is absolutely great, a huge step up from the previous titler.

What tips and other findings re how to use it best, have you all found? This would be a great place to list some of them. I'm glad to get a great embedded titler finally for Vegas, this is the 'software event of the year' for me personally, since I spend so much daily time w/Vegas.

Hats off, Sony/Madison - thanks to you folks for getting a significant new upgrade in place for us. Very much appreciated.

And fellow editors, let's post some "you can do this... if you.." findings w/the new titler, if you want - it would be great to hear what You like best about it.

thx,

-ken

You always could view the fonts by scrolling with the mouse wheel or the arrow keys.

Haha you beat me to it.....Was thinking the same thing. Always highlighted the text then scrolled down in the font list to change the appearance.

If Ken's satisfied with the titler, then it must be good. =]

I like it a lot too.

thanks for the tips.. hey see I've been using Vegas for years and I just found that out, sigh... ah well... always learning... and yes the new titler is a step up... they still have the old one available too... the new one is great w/kerning and other features that are better-implemented than the old one... nice job on it.
