V9 canon 5D images not showing

When I drop an image taken on a canon 5D M2 onto the TL, and then click the Event Pan crop I cannot see the image in the window, just a blank grey screen. I can see it in the preview screen OK.

Other images are fine so is video, anyone else have this problem?

try reducing your video card acceleration. I have this same challenge on my MacBook (slow video card). Reducing the acceleration helps a little, but very many images are still a challenge.

tried that Spot no change, also tried the image on V8 pro and it is fine in that version, so seems a V9 issue.

what format of image are you using ? out of curiosity.

As far as I know a standard JPG

IMG_0087.JPG 6.5Mb

Plays fine as I say in V8.

It might be a CMYK image.
If so, change it to RGB.
