v9 - firewire AND secondary monitor?

shameless bump - i don't understand how to get firewire and secondary monitor to work - in fact, i can't get anything (hdv) out over firewire (cap hdv is no problem)?

did i misread the notes?

can i monitor on lcd and firewire at the same time?

Preview over firewire is SD. You can Print To Tape HDV over firewire, though.

i thought it was too good to be true. looks like a second video card for rgb to crt. don't you just love acronyms....
