I just got the upgrade tp v 9 but there is an offer for new blue sample pack that I didn't get ,is there anyway to get that please and allso where would I go to get any other ,vidio fx and the like

If you ordered the Vegas 9 upgrade online, you should have received an activation code in the email that they sent you.

New Blue FX, the company that made the sampler pack, has a wide range of audio & video FX.
