Using CD track markers isn't a good way to make markers because (at least in the past) it causes the "time format" to display Audio CD time rather than Time and Frames. (at least in all versions up to 9d, haven't tested and don't have it on this machine)

I would think markers or regions would be better to embed as chapters, and that's how vegas has worked (embed markers in render options).
