Vasst double take & PIP together?

I'm editing a 2 cam wedding and using dt for the camera changes. Is there a way to use Vast PIP at the same time? I tried it while dropping the camera change makers and the preview windows shows the pip changes; however, after I process in step 2 of double take and it generates the master track, none of the PIP are included. Do anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. The only way to do a multi-camera edit with scripting is by using Pan/Crop because the Vegas script API doesn't support Track Motion. Both DoubleTake and the PIP tool use Pan/Crop. That means you can't use any other Pan/Crop until you are done using DoubleTake for your multi-camera edit. Once you have assembled the master track, go back and make your PIP's on the master track.
