vcd disk

i use screenblast 3.0 to burn mpeg1 to vcd 352x240 29.97
but,whin i play the disk back on my pc i cannot get any prog. to
play it.they say it is wrong stream format. but works fine on my standalone
dvd player. what is wrong?

The players that you have on the PC normally does not play VCD files.
Search for Moonlight-Elecard MPEG player in Google. You can download a trial version that would have a player and a decoder.
