If you are talking about vector type video as in what flash does I did extensive search into this a year ago and was told many times that it would be impossible because they are so different in format. If that is what you want to do I would suggest playing on your computer the vector video and using a program such as camstudio (free) to record what the vector program plays and insert that clip into your timeline.
