Veg file problems

I keep getting this message when I try to open a veg file.
"An error occurred while creating a proxy file for a stream. A stream could not be read. Looking for a file that was deleted."

I checked the project media and there is no media that is grayed out. The file is an Quicktime format from our TriCaster and I have not run into this before.

Any suggestions?

Try clicking on the Project Media tab, then click on the little yellow lightning bolt icon in the upper left corner of the tab. Then save your project. This removes any unused media from your project .Veg file.
