This month I decided to upgrade my video production, buying both a new computer and the newest WEGA/magix Pro23 program.

New Computer: Medion Aventum 15E 1, bought according to Magix specified requirements, with AMD Ryzen 7000series 5, og AMD radeon graphics.

Problem: I can import media, taken with sony camera, m2ts fil type, put it on the timeline, but when I watch the clip, in preview or in the trimmer, the picture quickly stalls / lags behind … and the project crashes totally > displays “ the program does not answer”.

I have tried following solutions

1.       Setting preview properties to auto

2.       Adjusting the project template, to the media file

None of this has any effect, the program crashes anyway.

I am disappointed, having spent all the money on a better, faster computer and new program, so far unusable.

any suggestions?
