Somebody help me

First I would like to say that I found amazing new Vegas Pro 14!
Many very interesting news.

Last year I bought Sony Vegas Pro 13, had some dficuldades to use the software but with the help of Sony's technical support, have solved my problems. But with this change, I come across a site with no contact for the web and without any information about the Vegas Pro 13 and even information if I upgrade my Vegas 13 to 14 (for a fee or not).

Could at least have the site any information relating to it.
I I'm out of the country would like to know.

If you can help or point me where I can get better informed I thank
