Vegas 13 Pro Won't Open an XVAC S File

Hello

I recently purchased a Sony Handycam AX33 and have been filming some test footage, but when I go to import it into Sony Vegas, it comes up with an error that says "Low On Memory". However, these test files are small and shouldn't require that much memory. One of the files I was trying to import was about 800Mb. What's weird is that I can import another file type that's 2Gb or more and it will open seamlessly. So what is it about the XVAC S file that it doesn't like? From what I can find, it looks like the XVAC S file is compatible with Sony Vegas Pro 13.

Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it? I'd just like to import these files so I can edit them. Thanks.

Are you at the last build of Sony Vegas Pro? It should be 453. Otherwise, upload a sample of the problem media to a cloud drive and post the link here.
