Vegas 13 Won't Save Render As Favorites

Starring and saving render as favorites has never worked for me in V13.

Sony: Why not?

Was able to star and save with no problem in v12 and prior.

Works perfectly fine here.

Edit: If you modify a favorite (star) template and save it, the star is not saved but that is normal behavior ever since.
