Vegas 14 crashes in the middle of a startup launch.

I don't want any instructions that have to do with device manager/adapter because I already have that disabled. I also looked at some tutorials but they literally won't do crap at all. And I also can't be bothered downgrading back to 13 because it did the same thing.

Since your image shows that Vegas has stalled at the 'Initializing DirectX Plugins' stage then #11 in the supplied link might be applicable.
