Vegas 14 pro can't establish online connection

Hi there!

I have a licence for Vegas 14 pro which is supposed to be working on 2 devices. I have installed and activated Vegas 14 pro on my desktop computer but I can't activate it on my laptop because of an error:

An online connection could not be established. Please make sure your computer is correctly connected to the internet. A firewall may also be blocking access.

On both computers, there's Windows 10 installed. I have allowed Vegas 14 pro in Windows Defender of my laptop. I have checked internet connection (Lan, network card and server proxy) but I still can't activate it. Do you have any idea how to activate and register Vegas 14 pro on a laptop? I would be greatful for any tip that may help me :)

Are you as the user of Vegas the adminestrator of the laptop and is Vegas also used by the adminestrator?

Yes I am the administrator of the laptop and I am using or rather I am trying to use Vegas as the administrator. Do you have any idea how I can activate Vegas on my laptop? :)
