Vegas 14 release during IBC 2016?

Now that we know Vegas 14 will be released this autumn and that many Vegas versions were introduced during IBC, I wonder if it will be released during this coming IBC.

If so then I am going to IBC to greet and congratulate Gary and his team!

This will be interesting to see an indication of where Magix is going - I don't think they are on the same wave as the old guard at SONY, thus the IBC may not be in the cards. Magix is about to play a different strategy.

I thought maybe they are not so into Europe..(IBC being here in the Netherlands/Europe) then I just found out that they are a German (European) company.

What purpose does a live expo serve? What customer does it appear to appeal to?

IBC had around 55128 visitors last year, it will probably be more every year.
Surly it must have some benefit.
Just like the Apple & Microsoft keynotes.

For me it's just great to be able to meet the team again being so close.
And get first hand live demonstration from them.

I hope MAGIX will sell physical copies too, love to have the new box on my shelve beside Vegas 13.
