Hei, I updated to 361 with support for AMD GPU acceleration, I get error with 4K rendering. Anyone who knows what this might come from? Tried several sours disks

My PC :Prosesor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Prosesor 3.70 GHz

Make sure your gpu supports gpu acceleration and also if it supports 4k resolution in first place

What exact rendering template are you using? It would be useful to see a screen-grab of your rendering custom settings.

this has happen to me, I tell it in another post. when you use hardware encode you only can render in a few resolution and framse sizes SUPPORTED BY YOUR GPU. if you try to change the frame size or rate the program give you this error. you have changed some settings do not supported by the gpu.

is necesary to correct the error msg so the user could understand this.

the program should tell "your GPU do not support this render settings. Please change your settings or use CPU render"

My rendering template is this, have also tried in pal 25p but with the same result.
But by 1080 everything seems good.

Please tell us your exact GPU model

I recommend screenshot of GPU-Z reads

you can use this to check the files your GPU can render or encode.

I'm not sure if your gpu supports that at all when looking at this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_Coding_Engine
