This issue has been a bit of plague for a while. It is rare and we have not been able to track down the root cause. I would have thought that we could have found the common thread on the systems that are experiencing this, but we have not discovered it yet. The only solution that we have heard of that has brought success is rather extreme...repairing/reinstalling Windows.

@Alex-Belooshi, please contact customer support so we can get more details on this.

Until this is fixed in Vegas, you can use the RenderPlus tool in HappyOtterScripts at https://tools4vegas.com/ Here's a screen shot.

Image sequence renders in HOS are unaffected since the creation of the image sequence is done external to Vegas.

Yes, the current beta period expires 15 Jan. Licenses should be available for purchase around the first of the year. So you can use it freely at least until 15 Jan. Perhaps by that time, the problem with Vegas for your system will be fixed.

Thank you for this tool. I has render completely to png but it is has no alpha channel. How i can to enable alpha channel in png (transparency)?

wwaag wrote on 11/21/2019, 12:53 PM

The current version of RenderPlus does not support png with alpha. I will include that option in the next build. In the interim, however, you can render png's with alpha with the addition of a Custom CommandLine and Avisynth Script that I have written. They can be downloaded here. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2u84f9bpgrs0390/AAD5IfcdE5DJKPp99CMr_X4oa?dl=0

First, download the files and make sure that they are not blocked. Then copy "pngWithAlpha.ccl" to the following folder. "C:\ProgramData\HappyOtterScripts\Magix Vegas Pro\RenderPlus\Custom CommandLines" . If the Custom CommandLines folder does not exist, you must create it. Then copy "RenderPlusAlpha.avs" into the following folder: "C:\ProgramData\HappyOtterScripts\AvisynthScripts".

Here is a demo of how to use it.

Again, make sure that the output of the FrameServer is set RGB32.
