vegas 17 stops when creating plugin library

purchased Vegas 17 today had lot of attemps to install but stops when creating plugin library never had this before with previous versions. thanks

I had to uninstall my plugins before VEGAS 17 would load. Once it loaded for the first time, I reinstalled my plugins ans was good to go.

thanks Scrapyardfilms for reply I haven't got the program loaded as soon as I click the button to start for the very first time within less than a quarter of an inch on the blue install bar it stops and asks to send a report. I've ask magix to look into this but no reply. Thanks
