Vegas 18 Pages Glitching Out

Just got Vegas 18 (Build 527) fresh installed on my desktop (Ryzen 9 5900X, 3070 TI, Windows 10 22H2) and first thing I see is the transitions tab glitching tf out. Video attached. Any ideas? This is a fresh install of Vegas on this PC and happens every time I open vegas weather I'm in a project or not. I noticed while making the video recording it happens on the Media generators tab and even the render options screen too.

That is almost certainly the Nahimic problem. There are 2 ways to stop the Nahimic effect:

1. Go into Vegas Pro's internal preferences (hold the shift key while clicking the options menu, select "Internal" OR if VP18 uses the older method, open the Options window, hold the shift key while clicking on Preferences, and then click on the Internal tab), type "GPU acceleration for Window Presentation Foundation" and set it to "FALSE", then cl;ick Apply and OK to exit the Internal window.

OR ...

2. To disable Nahimic via the Tasdk Manager, R click NahimicService in the Services window and then select Open Services. A new window opens. R click Nahimic service and click on Properties in the window that opens. In the context box that then opens, select Disabled in the Startup type field, then hit the Stop button and click Apply and OK. All done. Nahimic now remains disabled on rebooting the computer.
