I am not sure about VP-20.. but verify "Run this program as an Administrator" is not .enabled. Right-click the program's <.exe> launcher (or shortcut), choose Properties> select the 'Compatibility' tab, under 'Privilege level', look at the "Run this program as an Administrator", Click the "Change setting for all users" and do the same.
