Vegas 21 - Dont display video on some MP4 files

Hi

Im using the trial on vegaspro21 and when trying to import some mp4 files from my Fujji camera, it only apears the audio, ive searched the forum and there are similar situations but i cannot really figure out the solution.

I have these two mp4 files the c001 i can see the video and audio and the dsc i only have audio and the video is black out.

What more information can i provide to help figure this out ?

On premiere pro it works flawlessly

@Rui-Nunes Yep but you're trying to get it to work in Vegas & those that have tried your clip have no problems with it, so whether it works or not in PP is irrelevant.

In addition to Vegas 20 and 21, your file opens without a whimper in Vegas 13, 14, and 18.

Since there is absolutely nothing remarkable about your file or the way Vegas handles it, you will need to tackle any remediation at your end.

I formated the computer a few weeks back but i also have k-lite codeks and also quicktime instaled.

You may choose to repeat that operation, this time omitting the invasive K-Lite installation. Best of luck, and welcome to the discussions.
