There are definitely non-Vegasaur janky areas in my video.. like the entire bottom toolbar not redrawing and blocks or overlapping duplicated io elements elsewhere, or tool tips not displaying.

Can't say that I've seen the "jank" with my computer build. I've tried it with docking @jetdv Montage Magic, DaviTools Videowall, Vegasaur Splitscreen, @wwaag Happy Otter Script, all video scopes and Plugin Manager. No issues at all going from Full Screen to minimizing whatever size I have.

I am using a different video card.
