Vegas 23 build 356 - Nvidia 4090 - AMD 9800 X3D - TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert CL30 Overclocking 10L DDR5 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) 6000MHz (PC5-48000)
I'm having a consistent issue with multiple video tracks, it doesn't matter what's in the video tracks, if two tracks are being played at the same time, one will override the other (Regardless of if the other scene should be visible or not) and cause black flickering where the other video should be.
For example, if I have a small png/jpeg or whatever picture top right of the screen, whereas the rest of the screen has visible video media of any kind playing, the video will initially play normally, but after 5 seconds it will start flickering, then eventually the video won't be visible at all and it will just be the picture on view. The same happens with 2 videos layered over each other, or anything else.
This has never happened before and no reinstalls of vegas, nvidia driver updates, reboots, disabling of hardware accel or anything else is sorting the issue.
- Disabling overclocks hasn't fixed anything
- Enabling legacy avc decoding doesn't fix it, and causes crashes elsewhere for me.
- Converting VFR footage to consistent changes nothing
Video footage is 1440p.
Image in question is 720p, sizing of the footage or images doesn't change the outcome, neither does sizing etc.
Checked Vegas 23 isn't corrupted or needing a fresh reinstall.
