Vegas 23 Unmanaged Exception (0xe0434352) instant crash, can't open,

Hey!

I opened a ticket earlier connecting to this theme: here. It got worse, I can't even load the program.

I'm running into a critical issue with VEGAS Pro 23 (Build 302) that I can't fix. It crashes instantly on startup with an 'Unmanaged Exception (0xe0434352)' in KERNELBASE.dll. My system has an Intel Arc B580 and Windows 11 (Build 26200). The annoying part is that it worked perfectly in December, but now it's unusable. I've checked the logs and it consistently dies right when accessing 'hub.log'. I have already tried extensive troubleshooting so we can skip the basics: I used DDU to clean install different Intel Arc driver versions (currently 32.0.101.8509), cleared all cache and appdata folders manually, tried renaming the 'VEGAS Hub' and 'FileIO' folders to bypass them, and even deleted the registry keys. Nothing helps. It looks like a hard conflict between the Hub/Net runtime and the current drivers/Windows build. Here is the crash detail:

I think I found some help: here.

It seems to be working right now, but another anomaly is here: my wallpaper goes black from time to time. Turning off the glass effect helped it, but if I selected an icon on the desktop, it refreshed, i could draw with it. CtrlWinShiftB did not help with that, only hard reset, restart.

It's completely black again.
