I currently have a Vegas Pro subscription (16) and wish to upgrade to 23. I have recently relocated to France. Where can I purchase and download the product from? Windows 10

If you have a current subscription and are still using VP16 I'm surprised you haven't been updated previously.

Go to your Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and under My Products find your subscription and download from there.
