Vegas 3 system requirements

Hi all,
Is V3 Win2000/Me/compatible? Silly question perhaps, but I would like to make sure before buying.

If so, how do you find it runs? Do you think it's remotely possible to run V3, various plugins and the old SoundForge 4.5 on an ME system?

Vegas runs under any Windows OS from 98SE up. My own personal opinion (and you'll find several others here who agree) is that ME is just about the worst choice though. If you can upgrade to 2000 that would really help a lot. Even upgrading back to 98SE is probably preferable.

The best thing for you to do is download the demo and try it.

You also might want to upgrtade to SF 5.0, seeing as how 4.5 doesn't support 24bit files, which is the best resolution in Vegas.
