Hi Skyler,

Put the clip in the timeline, right click it, choose "insert/remove velocity enveloppe" and bring it to "-100%".

Insert velocity envelope and set it negative. Add some handles and make it go backwards - forwards - slow - fast.
Preferably before eating.
